Carol welcomes you contacting her. Our first self-discovery, kickoff meeting is getting to know one another and helping us gain an understanding of what your needs and goals are for health coaching. Our first meeting is complimentary. Sessions are billed individually after this meeting, unless a packaged session is purchased. Individual sessions are $100 and a group session of 6 is $500. Please refer to the contract for more details. Preferred method of payment is cash, check, or Venmo. Credit cards are not accepted at this time. Scholarships and sliding scale payments are available per need based on client/coach discussions (at our initial meeting). Please share if you come referred from an individual, physician, health care provider.
Once we have decided to work together, you will be asked to fill out a several page Wheel of Health Assessment form and sign a contract.
